Kobe Bryant, LeBron James and everybody else that helped the United States win
the gold medal at the 2008 Olympics are missing, replaced by what is being
called the "B Team" for the basketball world championships in Turkey. This group
of second-choice players are in Turkey only because the guys with bigger names
